These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with K2K PrimePath ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Our products and your health

Our products are comfort and wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always read the directions and warnings on the pack before use.

Sleep Patches are for adults only and are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you take medication, have a health condition or have sensitive skin, check with a doctor before using any of our products. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and speak to a doctor.

3. Product information and prices

We try to show our products and their details as accurately as we can, but screens vary and small differences can happen. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Pack prices and other offers are applied in your cart and may be changed or ended at any time. If we find a mistake in a price or a description after you order, we will contact you, and you can choose to continue or to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm that it has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a mistake in the order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You agree to give current, complete and accurate payment and contact details, and you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

5. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to a US address. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and the 30-Day Comfort Guarantee

If you used a K2K PrimePath product as directed and it did not work for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The guarantee covers one unit per product per customer. Please see our Refund Policy for how it works and how to start a request.

7. Using this site

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes not breaking the law, not trying to get unauthorized access to the site or its systems, not sending viruses or other harmful code, not collecting other people's information, and not using the site to send spam. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

8. Reviews and other content you send us

If you send us a review, a photo, a video or other content, you confirm that it is your own and that it is honest. You give us permission to use, show and share it in connection with our products and marketing, without payment. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

9. Our content

The K2K PrimePath name and logo, and the text, photos, videos and designs on this site, belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

10. Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites, such as social media or marketplaces. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Apart from the 30-Day Comfort Guarantee and any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site will always be available, free of errors or secure, or that results from using our products will be the same for everyone.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, K2K PrimePath and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Some states do not allow certain limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise because you broke these Terms or the law, or infringed someone else's rights.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
