If you've used a K2K product as directed and it didn't work for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement, store credit or a refund, even if the product has been opened. The guarantee covers one unit per product per customer.

Yes. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

The Migraine Relief Cap can be refrozen or rewarmed whenever you need it, and the Silicone Scar Sheets can be washed and reapplied many times. Sleep Patches are single-use: apply a fresh one each evening.

For cold, place it in a sealed bag and freeze for 1 to 2 hours. For warmth, microwave for 10 to 15 seconds at a time and test the temperature on your wrist first. Wear it for up to 20 minutes at a time.

Apply one patch to clean, dry, hairless skin such as the inner wrist, shoulder or upper arm, about 30 minutes before bed. Remove it in the morning and don't reuse it.

Clean and dry the skin, cut the sheet to size, remove the backing and apply the sticky side smoothly. Wear for several hours a day and build up gradually. Use only on fully closed, healed skin.
